Mahima Mukhija

Research Interest Areas: Applied Theory, Behavioral Economics, Experimental Economics, Industrial Organization.

Mahima Mukhija is a Ph.D. candidate at Ashoka University currently in the job market. Her research explores individual and strategic decision-making under incomplete information. Her thesis is centred around the effect of information regarding the time needed to complete a task on procrastination. She uses both theoretical and experimental approaches for her study. She is
interested in applied theory and behavioural economics and their applications in industrial
organization.
She has worked as a teaching assistant for numerous courses. She is currently appointed at Ashoka University as a teaching fellow for the courses Economics of Information and Organizational Economics at the undergraduate level and Microeconomics 1 at the graduate level. She received her Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and her Bachelors in Economics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
