MBA, XLRIMK Ajay is currently Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion, at the Swire Group – a London and Hong Kong headquartered conglomerate which owns businesses such as Cathay Pacific Airways, James Finlays, Swire Coca Cola, amongst others.
Previously, Ajay held leadership positions at Colgate Palmolive, Hawley and Hazel, and all their joint ventures in Asia Pacific.
Ajay holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a master’s degree in psychology.
