Rithika has worked for over ten years in designing and evaluating public health, education and economic development programmes across India with UNICEF, the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab and Oxford Policy Management. She has done extensive primary and secondary research on infant and maternal health, child and adolescent development and health systems.
She is also deeply interested in understanding mental health and curious about neurodevelopment, and is consequently pursuing a second postgraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow. This year, she will be writing her thesis tentatively focussing on memory and loneliness.
Rithika holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College and a Master’s in International Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
