BCom, Kamala Nehru CollegeShruti leads the Academics Function at the Young India Fellowship. With a background in Commerce, Liberal Arts, and Development Studies, she transitioned from the corporate world to education, igniting her passion for how learning can spark growth.
In her role at Ashoka, Shruti oversees the administrative and pedagogical aspects of diverse course offerings, enabling students as they navigate their academic paths and unlock their true potential. “Interacting with students is the most gratifying part of my job—I love witnessing their journeys and the unlearning they experience along the way”, she shares.
Outside of her professional role, she is also involved in disability advocacy, drawing inspiration from her involvement in her mother’s school in Panipat, which supports children with neurological and physical disabilities. She has a deep love for storytelling and finds joy in creative expression through poetry and prose recitation.
